  1. I give the Cat Pack the right to inspect my home at any reasonable time, without notice, to assure that the cat is being properly treated and cared for.
  2. I will not have my cat or kitten declawed.
  3. If, at any time, or for any reason, I cannot keep my cat or kitten, I understand that the Cat Pack will take him/her back or help find him/her a new home. I will  not relinquish my cat or kitten to any other society or shelter or to any other person without the written permission of the Cat Pack.
  4. I am adopting this cat or kitten for myself, NOT as a gift for another person.
  5. Adoption donation reimbursement is at the discretion of the Cat Pack.
  6. Unless otherwise specified my cat or kitten will be kept indoors at all times.

I hereby certify that I have read the above adoption contract and agree with its terms. Also, I authorize the release of information from persons or agencies contacted on this application.

I also acknowledge that violating any of these condition will result in Cat Pack Adoptions & Rescue, Inc. annulling the adoption and retrieving the cat(s). Also, I realize that many of the cats in Cat Pack Adoptions & Rescue, Inc.'s care come from unknown medical backgrounds. Therefore, Cat Pack, can make no guarantees as to health or temperment.
